Assalamualaikum:

      I have written a short poem named: A sinner

A sinner is my name,

I wish success, money and fame

I know the hard truth that life is a game

If I win I get Jannah, If I loose I get the blame

I saw myself in the mirror, I said the mirror ”Shurukh is my name”. Mirror said back: “NO! sinner is your Name”.

A sinner is my name,

I wish Success, money & fame,

Allah told “Obey me I will give you all that you Name”

Prophet (pbuh) told “this life is a journey & Jannah is the final aim”

Shaytaan heard what Allah & prophet told me & told me “he is my friend & will help me win the game”

He told to tie a cloth on my eyes & ears and I did as he said, as you know Sinner is my name.

I saw myself  in the mirror, I said the mirror “Shurukh is my name”. Mirror said back: “NO! sinner is your Name”.

A sinner is my name

I wish success, money & fame

Now I only did what my friend told & I got success, money & all the fame

I thought I won the game, but it was a fake trophy with golden frame

Soon I died and I was ordered to be  punished with Jahan’num for not obeying Allah & his prophet’s name

I called shaytaan to defend me, but he told easily, i am the one to be blamed

I was broken in tears and the angels opened the cloth from my eyes & ears

I saw the Shaitaan laughing at me, & my prophet crying for me saying my name

Now the angels asked my name, I said them “Shurukh is my name” Angels said back: “NO! Sinner is your Name”.

A sinner is my name,

I opened my eyes & found out it to be a dream and I immediately said my Allah’s name

Now I do not wish to get success, money & fame

Prophet(pbuh) told” this life is a journey & Jannah is the final aim”

Now I follow what my prophet said & always say my Allah’s name

I will show shaytaan that he is the looser & I  am the champion of the game

I saw myself in the mirror, I said the mirror “Shurukh is my name”. Mirror said back: “NO! sinner is your Name”

I got disheartened and showed my back to the mirror but my prophet (pbuh) named: 

Dear Shurukh

“All the sons of Adam are sinners, but the best of sinners are those who repent often.”

I thankyou for your time that you have spend in reading my poem-“A SINNER”  Do remember me & my parents in your prayers. May Allah(swt) grant my parents Jannah. Ameen:). May Allah(swt) make us amongst the best of sinners. Ameen:)
